We Will then call those guests with all of their belongings ( did NOT check luggage outside their staterooms the evening before ) utilizing Self - Assist BY DECK to proceed to the gangway .
Here are 5 quick steps that will make your
debark process easy . . .
STEP 1 - THE NIGHT BEFORE
Review the Cruise Director ' s Debarkation Talk on channel # 17 in your stateroom television . Remove all used Carnival luggage tags and attach a new Zone Luggage Tag ( blue in color ) on every piece of luggage . Keep the tear - off section as a reference . Extra tags are available from your stateroom steward .
OPTION 2 - RELAXED DEBARKATION All timings are approximate and subject to clearance of the vessel by U . S . local authorities and contingent on the flow of guests and luggage off the vessel . Please listen for your zone number ( listed on the blue debarkation tags placed on your luggage ) before proceeding to the gangway . Your luggage will not be available in the terminal until your zone has been called off . EARLY FLIGHTS Early flights are considered to be any time before 12 : 00pm from Miami or 1 : 00pm from Fort Lauderdale , If you have already put in your flight details in the FunPass registrations system prior to boarding , your early flight luggage tags will be delivered to your stateroom . We recommend you utilize the Self Assist program if you have an early flight , this way you will be among the first ones to debark the vessel .
If you decide to choose option 2 ( Relaxed Debark ) place your bags outside your stateroom between 9 : 00pm and 12 : 00am ( midnight ) this evening . Please remember to keep some clothes out for tomorrow ' s departure and hand carry any important personal items such as medication , valuables , etc .
• If you choose option 1 ( Self Assist ) please keep
your luggage in your stateroom until you leave the following morning . It is not necessary to place the Zone Luggage Tags on your luggage .
CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION Please be aware that once you proceed into the terminal you will be processed through Customs and Immigration . We ask for your patience , onboard and in the terminal , as it could be a lenghty process . To help expedidte timings , we ask that you have your blue customs declaration form completely filled out and proof of citizenship ready and available for the officers .
Please be sure to have this information handy to assist you with debarkation .
