船酔いには早めに薬を飲むのがいい。

普段乗り物酔いしないわいですが、今回の船旅では盛大に船酔いしてしまいました。前日まで、この旅行の休暇のために毎晩残業していて疲れがたまっていたことと、荷造りが終わらず前日あまり寝ていなかったのが良くなかったのかも。皆さん荷造りは計画的に！

初日（14日）は横浜から出発して太平洋を北上。昼間はいい天気で波も高くなかったようですが、日が暮れた19時ごろから船が大きく揺れだしました。

夕食を食べて船内を探索しようと張り切っていたところ、船の揺れに伴いこみ上げるゲロ感吐き気。横になっても気分は晴れず、スプレンディダ初日の夜は船酔いで最悪な状態で過ごしました…。もったいない。。。

I don't usually have much motion sickness, but this time I was drunk. Perhaps it was not good that I had worked overtime every night for the vacation of the trip until the day before and that I did not sleep much the day before because packing was not finished. Everyone packing up systematically!

On the first day, depart from Yokohama and go north in the Pacific. It seemed that the weather was fine and the waves were not high in the daytime, but the ship began to shake greatly from around 19:00 when the sun set.

When I tried to eat dinner and explore the ship, I started to feel worse as the ship shook. I didn't feel good when I lay down, and I spent the worst night on the first day of Splendida because of seasickness. It's a waste.

船酔いになってしまったら／If you become seasick

次の日（15日）は終日海上で過ごす日。前日しっかり寝たはずなのに、目が覚めて起きても体調は良くなっておらず、わいは絶望しました。。もちろん酔い止め薬を持ち込んでおらず（だって酔うと思ってなかったし、事前勉強したブログにも大型船なので船はほとんど揺れないと書いてあったし！）、この日一日をゲロ感とともに過ごすことを覚悟しつつ売店のスタッフに酔い止めを売っていないのか尋ねたところ、「レセプションでもらえるはずですよ」という素晴らしい情報が！すぐさま5Fのレセプションに急行し、酔い止めをゲットしました。酔い止めの効果はてきめん。ありがとうSplendida。薬はたぶんイタリア製だったようで、裏面に「bambini～」とか書いてありました。

レセプションでは一人分、一回分（一錠）しか酔い止めをもらえないので、この先ずっと船酔いが予想される場合は、誰か船酔いをしていない同行者の分ももらうと安心かもしれません。毎回酔い止めをもらいに5Fに寄るのは面倒だったので、わいはその後寄港地で酔い止めを購入しました。1回1錠で24時間効く薬が、6錠入って900円くらいだったお。

結論：レセプションで酔い止めをもらおう！

The next day (15th) had to spend all day on the ship. I should have slept well the night before, but when I woke up and woke up, I was not feeling well. I do not bring sickness medicine. Just to be sure, I asked the shop staff if they were selling a sickness stop. Immediately we rushed to the reception on the 5th floor and got sickness prevention.

Only one serving (one tablet) can be obtained at the reception. If seasickness is anticipated for a long time, it may not be safe to get a companion who does not have seasickness, but it was troublesome to stop on the 5th floor to stop sickness every time, so I went to the port afterwards I bought a sickness stop on the ground.

The medicine that works for 24 hours with one tablet at a time was about 900 yen with 8 tablets.Sick medicine is not sold at convenience stores, so go to the pharmacy.

Conclusion: Get sickness medicine at the reception!
