SAILING THROUGH LOCKS Please be aware that Crystal Debussy will pass through several locks throughout the voyage . Internet service may experience some interruptions during these times . Also be aware that the lock mechanisms may produce noise during operations . In the interest of safety and security , while Crystal Debussy approaches locks , we
request that guests close the window of their suite while Crystal Debussy transits the lock . We also kindly ask guests not occupying their suite to leave the window in the closed position
ONBOARD PLUMBING Although our toilet system on board is quite strong ( you will notice by the flush ) , it is also very sensitive . In order to avoid clogging the system - which may cause the entire system to shut down - we ask that you please refrain from placing items other than provided toilet paper ( i . e . Wet wipes , sanitary items , hand towels ,
pantyhose , razors , etc . ) in the toilet .
SAFETY AND SECURITY AWARENESS Crystal River Cruises takes the safety of our guests and crew very seriously and we kindly ask that you pay
attention as you embark and debark the vessel . Crystal Debussy will be required to berth in ports that experience high and low tides , or will be berthed multiple vessels from the pier . We ask our guests to take extra
caution , please be aware of steps and use the handrails while transiting multiple steps and gangways .
CREDIT CARD PRE - AUTHORIZATION Please note if you have registered a credit card prior to boarding or during the check - in procedures , you are automatically registered for Express Checkout . As part of Express Checkout , a pre - authorization hold will be run on your credit card each evening only if there are any applicable charges that day . This pre - authorization hold will cover the value of your actual onboard spending . Some credit card companies will notify you of this pre
authorization hold . Please note that this is only a pre - authorization hold .
A final settlement will be charged at the end of your voyage reflecting your actual spending
onboard and you will receive your shipboard folio statement showing a zero balance .
