2 Make a Future Cruise
Deposit now , and decide later where you want to sail
Ishigaki immigration requirements Local Immigration authorities require every guest to carry the Japanese Provisional Landing Permit ( attached to your passport copy ) when going ashore in Japan . Please use the same copy that was used in Miyakojima yesterday . The copy will need to be presented to the local officials when proceeding ashore . Please note : All guests Japanese Provisional Landing Permit ( PLP ) will need to be returned to immigration before sailing from Ishigaki , therefore Passenger Services staff will be in attendance at the gangway and will collect these upon guests return onboard . Numbered Tender Ticket Service We will be operating a tender ticket number system . Charter Groups : Please meet at the assigned time by your charter leaders in either the Princess Theater or Explorer ' s Lounge , as they ' ve assigned you . Charter Teams will be there to issue number tender tickets as you arrive . Passengers on a ship ' s organized tour , please meet at requested time in the Vivaldi Dining Room , Deck 5 Midship . Independent passengers please make your way to the Savoy Dining Room , Deck 5 when your party is gathered to collect a ticket from the Cruise Staff . You will then be seated in the comfort of the Savoy Dining Room until you are instructed and escorted to the next available tender . Please remember that you must not collect tender tickets or enter the dining room until you and your complete party are ready to go ashore . We operate as safely and efficiently as possible , and we do expect the boating operation to be very busy at first , therefore if you are not in any particular rush to go ashore , we would suggest perhaps taking advantage of a slightly later breakfast onboard and enjoying the comfort and facilities of Sapphire Princess . Tender tickets are not required for your return . Wheelchairs & Motorized Scooters Guests confined to wheelchairs and motorized scooters will not be able to use the tender service for safety reasons . Guests who are able to move , assisted by ship ' s staff independently of their wheelchair , may use the tender service . For further inquiries , please contact the Passenger Services Desk
Place a small , fully refundable deposit of just $ 100 / person and take up to 2 years to make your booking ! You ' ll still earn the onboard spending money , and can work with your local travel agent to finalize your booking . Simply fill out a Future Cruise Deposit Form at the Future Cruise Desk and drop it in the box .
Check - Out and Stateroom Accounts All guests with outstanding accounts are requested to settle this by nopm this evening . You can either settle your account with cash or credit card . Please note all shipboard accounts have a service fee applied and this will also need to be settled . Passport Return : Please be advised that passports for all guests will be delivered to your staterooms this evening between 5 : 30pm - 9pm .
